Welcome. You've found the portal page of the Annual Zhang
San Feng Festival. The Annual Zhang San Feng Festival is an event that
was founded by the late taijiquan Grandmaster Jou Tsung Hwa in mid 1970's
in Chinatown, New York. It was moved a few times until, beginning in 1984,
it was brought to Jou's renowned 103-acre school, the Tai Chi Farm in
Warwick, NY. There the event grew, drawing crowds of over 700 people a
year. With the tragic and unexpected passing of Grandmaster Jou in 1998,
the fate of the Festival remained uncertain for a time but thankfully
continued beginning in 2003. To learn more about the history of this grand
and unique event, follow the link to the Tai Chi Farm Memorial website
